Shingles
We use 25 year shingles on all our sheds. We have many different styles and colors to choose from.
Payment
10% minimum down payment at the time of the purchase (nonrefundable). The remaining balance will be due on delivery, plus sales tax.
Siding
We have many different colors of vinyl siding to choose from. If our colors don't match, we will find some that will. Pine T-III is a vertical siding. It comes as a 4x8 sheet and is grooved 8" on center.
Doors
Our steel roll up doors come in 3 standard sizes and 2 colors. The sizes
are 6'x6', 8'x7', 9'x7'. The two colors are brown and white. We can order different sizes and colors if wanted. They have a 1-year limited mechanical warranty and a 5-year limited paint finish warranty.
On site
Any building that cannot be placed with our truck needs to be built On site. Please add 15% to price of shed.
Delivery
Delivery charge is $2.25 a loaded mile from our shop in Grinnell, with a minimum delivery charge of $35.00.
